Mountaineering in the Atlas
Mountains is by its nature
often exploratory and remote - especially in Winter! Whilst
all of the principal Atlas summits have been climbed, numerous
faces, gullies and ridges are totally unexplored.
In fact over the last number of years, we have organised small group
trips to complete sections of high level ridges in the Atlas
Mountains. In so doing, we are often the first or second party
ever to record our attempts!
These are the sort
of trips that we don't openly advertise as we prefer small groups of
experienced mountaineers able to push themselves as and when
required. They don't always go to plan either with the weather as we
experienced last winter!
However if you
would like to put your name down to be considered for trips and routes that we are
planning for winter 2009,

us with your details and prior experiences in winter
conditions.
