Deposit payments / balances due / bank fees / credit card processing fees
Please note that none of our published trip prices include any "hidden" surcharges for bank fees / credit card processing etc.
Unfortunately however, increasingly high bank and credit card processing fees means we must recover some of these costs, so:-


1. Our trip deposit is 20% of the total trip price IF you opt to pay the remaining 80% by credit card or bank transfer (i.e. options 2a & 2b below).

IF you wish to pay the balance to us in cash in Morocco (option 2c below), then the minimum deposit is 50% now leaving 50% payable in cash locally. 

STERLING PAYERS
You can pay the deposit anyway you like but if you want to avail of our lower fixed Sterling prices as outlined in detail on our website then you must pay the balance to us in Sterling either
(i) 6 weeks prior to trip commencement date direct into our Moroccan bank a/c (SWIFT transfer on-line)
    OR
(ii) in Sterling cash on arrival in Morocco when you meet up with our guide. In this case then the deposit is 33% now with 67% balance in sterling cash.

Even if you are paying the deposit by credit card, we do not surcharge deposit payments with any add-on percentage or flat fee.


2. Balance of trip fees are required by and as follows:-

    a) 6 weeks prior to trip commencement date if you opt to pay the balance by credit card (through PayPal)
        In this case the balance due will be surcharged by 3.5% (to cover the Credit Card company surcharge to us)

    b) 6 weeks prior to trip commencement date if you opt to pay the balance direct to our bank account in the Rep of Ireland
        In this case the balance due will be surcharged by €10 flat fee (to cover our international bank charges in us transferring cash to our Moroccan a/c)

    c) On the day we meet you in Morocco if you opt to pay the balance to us in cash (Euros or Swiss Francs or US Dollars only)
        In this case there is no surcharge due whatsoever. See point 1. above however - if you choose this option, the minimum deposit is 50%
        (except if you are paying in Sterling & availing of our fixed prices in which case it is 33% deposit with 67% balance in cash).

I will be paying the trip balance due by the following method:- Credit Card 6 weeks prior to trip with 3.5% surcharge Direct into Irish bank a/c 6 weeks prior with 10 euros surcharge Euros, USD, Swiss Francs cash in Morocco (balance 50% of trip fee) Sterling t/f to our Maroc a/c 6 weeks prior (no surcharge added but ALL t/f fees to be paid by you) Sterling cash in Morocco (balance 67% of trip fee)
