trading as NomadicMorocco.Com and ToubkalMountainGuides.Com

Please complete & submit the on-line booking form.

Bookings made by the on-line Booking Form will be held for 10 days by which time your payment should have reached us. Your booking is secured on our receipt of your trip deposit (20% or 50% depending on your payment options).

2 Confirmation of your booking and an invoice for the deposit will be emailed to you by return. Payment of the balance must be made by the appropriate due date (depending on method payment). This date will be indicated on the confirmation email we send to you.  In the event that the balance is not received by the due date, we will try to contact you to see if there is any problem but we do reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and re-sell the place as required.
3 We ask you to effect individual holiday insurance against travel delays, loss of baggage and money, mountain rescue & medical expenses, personal accident and any cancellation costs. You should note that there are no official mountain rescue services in Morocco and that any evacuation in the event of a serious medical emergency to the nearest hospital will probably be overland as opposed to helicopter. We will require documentary evidence of your insurance prior to departure.


  Cancellation by Client
1 All cancellations must be in writing, the date of cancellation being the date on which your email or letter is received by us.
2 Where cancellation is made up to 8 weeks prior to the start date of the trip / course, only the non-refundable deposit will be retained.
3 Where cancellation is made less than 8 weeks but up to 4 weeks prior to the start date of the trip / course, 75% of the total trip / course cost will be charged and the balance refunded.
4 Where cancellation is made within the last 4 weeks, no refund will be allowed.


All our scheduled trips are based on a certain minimum number of clients participating. In the (unlikely) event that there are less than this minimum number of persons booked with less than 4 weeks to go to departure date, those who have already booked will be advised that the full amount paid to us will be refunded in full and the trip is to be cancelled.   Neither NomadicMorocco.Com; ToubkalMountainGuides.Com; Des Clark t/a Nomadic Ventures or Wilderplaces Adventure Tours (NI) Ltd. can be held liable for any other costs relating to the trip / course that have been incurred by the client before or after the trip / course has been officially cancelled.

Neither NomadicMorocco.Com; ToubkalMountainGuides.Com; Des Clark t/a Nomadic Ventures or Wilderplaces Adventure Tours (NI) Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred relating to directly or indirectly from loss of or damage to your personal possessions, injury or illness whilst on a trip or any costs incurred directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with any travel delays resulting from circumstances outside our control.

In the interests of safety, clients must abide by our guide’s decisions. Similarly, routes and advertised programmes may be altered if weather conditions or circumstances dictate.
